Innate Pharma (IPHA) completed enrollment in the dose escalation of the phase 1 study of its proprietary Nectin-4 exatecan ADC, the company said on Tuesday.
Preliminary data are expected by year-end and will include data from 76 patients, the company said Tuesday.
To date, IPH4502 has shown a favorable safety profile, with limited hematological toxicity, the company said. This supports the hypothesis that the proprietary linker leads to slow release of free exatecan, minimizing toxicity, according to the statement.
The study will evaluate the safety, tolerability, and preliminary anti-tumor activity of IPH4502 as a single agent in patients with advanced solid tumors known to express Nectin-4.
The diseases covered include, but are not limited to, urothelial carcinoma, non-small cell lung cancer, head and neck squamous cell carcinoma, breast, ovarian, gastric, esophageal, and colorectal cancers.
