MaxsMaking (MAMK) said Thursday it received a Nasdaq staff determination to delist its shares following a review under the exchange's discretionary listing rules.

The company said Nasdaq argued its securities were susceptible to potential price manipulation after the US Securities and Exchange Commission temporarily suspended trading in November 2025.

MaxsMaking said it will request a hearing before a Nasdaq panel, which will automatically stay the delisting process while the appeal is pending.

The stock will remain halted until the panel reaches a decision, it added.
