Cigna's (CI) Cigna Healthcare said Thursday it is expanding its care management programs with AI-backed capabilities to help identify clients who would benefit from earlier support.
The move will allow 20% more clients with emerging, complex or chronic health needs to get clinical support earlier and will decrease medical costs by $200 million over three years, the company said.
