BrainChip Holdings (ASX:BRN) said Thursday it partnered with Celus to make its neuromorphic edge artificial intelligence processor available through the Celus Design Platform, bringing the technology into mainstream hardware design workflows.
The company said in a statement that its AKD1500 processor and M.2 module will be available on the platform in August, allowing engineers to incorporate the technology into their designs more easily and reducing the barriers that have historically slowed adoption of neuromorphic computing.
The company's shares rose almost 2% in recent Thursday trade.
