Dialog Group Subsidiary Transfers Interest in Cendramas PSC to Unit

Dialog Group (KLSE:DIALOG) unit, Dialog Resources, assigned and novated al its rights, liabilities, interests and obligations under the Cendramas production sharing contract to subsidiary, Dialog Resources (Cendramas).
An addendum to the production sharing contract and joint operating agreement have also been executed to reflect the assignment, according to a Thursday filing with the Malaysian Exchange.
The contract is now between Dialog Resources (Cendramas), Petronas and partners, Medco Asia Pacific and EnQuest Petroleum Production Malaysia.
The assignment is part of the oil, gas and petrochemical services provider's internal reorganization of certain subsidiaries.
