Clinuvel Pharmaceuticals' (ASX:CUV) American Depositary Share (ADS) are expected to begin trading on the Nasdaq Stock Market on Monday, New York time, under the ticker symbol CUVL, according to a same-day Australian Securities Exchange filing.
The firm's existing over-the-counter American Depositary Receipts (ADRs) will be upgraded from Level I to Level II, as an ADS traded on the Nasdaq. Each Clinuvel ADS will represent one ordinary share of the firm listed on ASX.
