Maritana Minerals Starts Early Works at Western Australia Project

Maritana Minerals (ASX:MRT) started the early works program at its Black Swan processing hub gold conversion project in Western Australia, according to a Monday filing with the Australian bourse.
The company engaged GR Engineering Services (ASX:GNG) to deliver the program, which covers earthworks, demolition, detailed engineering, and long-lead equipment procurement, the filing said.
Full construction is expected to begin in the third quarter of the year, and first gold is targeted in the second half of 2027, per the filing.
