BOE HC SemiTek (SHE:300323) plans to raise 998 million yuan from a share placement to supplement its working capital, according to a Shenzhen bourse filing on Thursday.
Shares of the Chinese producer of light-emitting diode or LED epitaxial wafers and chips dropped 8% at the close of Friday's trade.
Details of the plan, such as the price and the number of shares for placement, is yet to be finalized and it is still subject to regulators' approvals.
