USP Group Unit Commences Legal Proceedings Against Former Employees

USP Group's (SGX:BRS) subsidiary, Supratechnic (M), commenced legal proceedings against former employees, Kan Bright Pan and Yip Slew Hong, along with certain other parties, in the High Court of Malaya, in Malaysia, according to a Friday filing with the Singapore Exchange.
The first case management has been fixed before the court on Aug. 17.
Earlier, the company had terminated the employment of the aforementioned employees and had also hinted at pursuing legal claims against them, arising during their employment with Supratechnic M.
