HJ Shipbuilding & Construction Wins 68.8 Billion Won Apartment Reconstruction Project

HJ Shipbuilding & Construction (KRX:097230) has been selected as the contractor for the 68.8 billion won small-scale reconstruction and improvement project for Jinju Bonghwang apartment in Busan's Suyeong district, according to a South Korean bourse filing on Tuesday.
The project involves constructing three buildings ranging from two basement levels to 28 above-ground floors, totaling 178 new housing units, for the Jinju Bonghwang Apartment Reconstruction Project Association.
Construction is scheduled to last 35 months from the commencement date, the company said.
