Tung Lok Restaurants (2000) (SGX:540) said its non-executive chairman Foo Say Mui is retiring from the company after the annual general meeting on July 31, according to a Wednesday filing to the Singapore bourse.
Foo was appointed to the position in 2016, and upon retirement.
