Lum Chang Creations Arm Bags SG$32.9 Million Contract for Teck Ghee Station Works

Lum Chang Interior, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Lum Chang Creations (SGX:LCC), has secured a new order worth SG$32.9 million for North-South Corridor works at Teck Ghee Station, according to a Wednesday filing with the Singapore bourse.

The contract is for the supply, fabrication, installation, construction, and completion of the architectural and associated sub-contract works at Teck Ghee Station for the North-South corridor tunnel between Sin Ming Avenue and Ang Mo Kio Avenue.

Work on the project began on July 10 and is expected to be completed by July 7, 2029, the company said.

This latest contract adds to the company's order book, which stood at SG$144.0 million as of April 30.

Lum Chang Creations' shares were down over 1% in Thursday's trade.
