Pinnacle Food Begins Construction of Commercial-Scale Astaxanthin Facility in Canada

Pinnacle Food (PFAI) said Wednesday that it commenced construction of a commercial-scale microalgae-based astaxanthin production facility for Bei Harvest in British Columbia, Canada.
The company said the project is expected to generate approximately $10 million in revenue, including about $4 million for the planning and development phase and $6 million for construction.
Pinnacle Food shares were down 14% in premarket activity.
