0719 GMT - Hongkong Land's earnings likely reached a bottom in 2025, Macquarie Capital analysts say in a note. Hong Kong office rents are recovering faster than expected, led by its Central district, they say, citing data from real-estate services provider JLL. The Singapore-listed property company's rent decline likely moderated to low-mid single-digit percentage on year in 1H, they say. The analysts therefore expect Hongkong Land's profit to rise by around 10% on year in 2026. The property company should continue to unlock value by recycling its assets, as it has only executed around 35% of its $10 billion divestment target. Macquarie maintains an outperform rating and US$11.00 target price. Shares rise 1.8% to US$7.53. (megan.cheah@wsj.com)
