Coliwoo (SGX:W8W) plans to open a 380-room co-living hotel in Changi, Singapore, in July, redeveloping a former state-owned holiday chalet site as part of its expansion in Singapore's hospitality market.
The project is the company's largest hospitality development by land area, according to a Tuesday Singapore Exchange filing.
Coliwoo also plans to open another hotel at 2 Changi Business Park Avenue 1 in the next financial year, it said.
