2316 GMT - Investors are unlikely to believe that Pantoro Gold's latest reset will be its last. At least until the miner has met guidance over several quarters, says Euroz Hartleys. Pantoro reported 4Q output of 18,028 oz. Euroz Hartleys had expected 24,000 oz. "As Pantoro works to regain the market's trust in the next 6-12 months, Pantoro will be vulnerable to a takeover in our view," says analyst Michael Scantlebury. There is nothing wrong with the Norseman asset, Euroz Hartleys says. "Remember the company is capable of generating A$20 million-A$30 million/quarter of free cash flow even at this lower run rate (80,000 oz per annum)," it says. Euroz Hartleys's price target falls 46% to A$3.53/share. Pantoro ended last week at A$2.09. (david.winning@wsj.com; @dwinningWSJ)
