Singapore's Q&M Dental to Buy Australian Dental Network for AU$120 Million

Q&M Dental (Singapore) (SGX:QC7) agreed to acquire Experteeth Group in Australia for AU$119.6 million, according to a Sunday filing with the Singapore Exchange.

Experteeth owns 40 clinics and 120 dentists across Australia.

The consideration includes AU$64.6 million in cash, with AU$45.9 million to be paid on completion and AU$18.8 million deferred, subject to profit targets.

Meanwhile, the remaining AU$55 million will be paid in the form of shares at SG$0.70 per share. Additionally, the deal is underpinned by an eight-year profit guarantee of around AU$112.6 million.
