GDI Property Group (ASX:GDI) said that its Chairman, Giles Woodgate, plans to step down from the role on Aug. 25 and it appointed James Warburton as Woodgate's successor, commencing on the same date, according to a Tuesday Australian bourse filing.
Warburton is Chairman of Tinybeans Group. His appointment is to the boards of both GDI Property Group and GDI Funds Management, the responsible entity of GDI Property Trust.
