Wells Fargo (WFC) has hired Tom Nicholls from PJT Partners (PJT) as head of sports investment banking, Bloomberg reported Wednesday, citing a person familiar with the matter.

Nicholls has joined Wells Fargo's corporate and investment bank as a managing director in Los Angeles, reporting to Derek Van Zandt, head of media and telecommunications investment banking, according to the report.

Wells Fargo and PJT Partners did not immediately respond to MT Newswires' request for comments.
