Honeywell Aerospace (HONA) is designing additional military components without restricted American technologies for the European market and bypassing export hurdles, Reuters reported Thursday, citing industry officials and executives.
European nations are increasingly seeking systems free from International Traffic in Arms Regulations due to concerns that the US government could obstruct the re-export of foreign weapons containing US parts, the report said.
The manufacturer intends to show new products during the Farnborough Airshow event, the report added.
Honeywell Aerospace did not immediately respond to MT Newswires' request for comment.
