Universal Health Services Shares Fall After Downgrade From Barclays

Universal Health Services (UHS) shares were down over 3% in afternoon trading on Wednesday after Barclays downgraded the company's stock to equal-weight from overweight and adjusted the price target to $179 from $238.

Trading volume stood at more than 695,000 shares against a daily average of about 1 million.
