Nuix (ASX:NXL) received notice that AMP (ASX:AMP) and its affiliates became a substantial holder of the company on Wednesday, according to a Friday filing with the Australian bourse.
AMP now owns 17.1 million shares in the company, representing 5.06% of the issued shares, the filing said.
Nuix's shares rose 3% in recent Friday trade, while AMP fell about 2%.
