T-Mobile US (TMUS) received antitrust clearance to acquire joint control of Greenlight HoldCo and Future Fiber Holdings with Oak Hill Capital Management, the European Commission said Tuesday.
The transaction focuses on supplying fiber-to-the-premises broadband networks to residential consumers, the EC said.
The regulatory agency determined the merger raises no competition concerns due to its minimal impact on the European Economic Area, the commission said.
