Denny's Appoints Aaron Howard as Operating Chief

Denny's appointed Aaron Howard as chief operating officer, effective immediately.

The full-service restaurant chain said Howard has decades of operating leadership in the restaurant industry, including at CKE Restaurants, Cracker Barrel and RGS.

Chief Executive Chris Bode said as the company aims to strengthen value, relevance and profitable traffic, Howard's leadership will be critical in raising execution across the franchise chain.

Howard joins Denny's as it advances Project Grand Slam, an initiative that includes food innovation, facilities modernization and catering, the company said.
