WiseTech Global (ASX:WTC) appointed Lead Independent Director Raelene Murphy as independent chair, effective immediately, according to a Tuesday Australian bourse filing.
Murphy succeeds Richard White, who will remain on the board as an executive director and continue serving as chief innovation officer, the filing said.
The company's shares rose past 7% in recent Tuesday trade.
