QBE Insurance Group's North America Division Launches Cyber Insurance Product

QBE Insurance Group's (ASX:QBE) North America division launched QCyber Rapid Pay, an insurance product that aims to provide fast financial support after a covered cyberattack, the company said late Tuesday.
QCyber Rapid Pay is designed to provide "earlier access to liquidity, a more efficient claims process, and a faster recovery path following a covered cyber event," the company said.
The group's shares were marginally higher in recent Wednesday trade and earlier hit their highest since December 2008.
