Atlas Arteria (ASX:ALX) said that the voting power of IFM Global Infrastructure Fund subsidiary Diamond Infraco 1 in the company was 67.43% at the close of its off-market takeover offer on Tuesday, according to a Wednesday Australian bourse filing.
Debbie Goodin retired as the independent nonexecutive chair of Atlas Arteria at the close of the offer, and a current independent nonexecutive director of the firm, John Wigglesworth, was appointed as interim chair.
