Guotai Haitong Securities' (HKG:2611, SHA:601211) subsidiary, Haitong Innovation Securities Investment, signed a closing agreement with Guotai Junan Zhengyu Investment regarding their merger, according to a Shanghai bourse filing on Wednesday.
Under the deal, all of Guotai Junan Zhengyu's assets and liabilities were handed over to Haitong Innovation.
Haitong Innovation also changed its name to Guotai Haitong Zhengyu Investment and its registered capital remains 11.5 billion yuan.
