IperionX Completes Acquisition of Tennessee Assets; Shares Down 4%

IperionX (ASX:IPX) completed the acquisition of the Camden critical mineral, property, and infrastructure assets, located near its Titan project in Tennessee, according to a Thursday filing with the Australian bourse.
Grab samples from the surface stockpiles returned a total heavy minerals (THM) grading of up to 21.5%, while previous one-ton bulk samples yielded 9.9% and 23% THM, the filing said.
The acquisition consolidates and expands the company's landholding across the Big Sandy Critical Minerals Province, per the filing.
Shares fell nearly 4% in morning trade on Thursday.
