Tasmea Completes Acquisition of Maxim Group; Shares Up 3%

Tasmea (ASX:TEA) has completed the acquisition of Maxim Group Australia and its subsidiaries, according to a Thursday filing with the Australian bourse.

Maxim employs around 600 people and has delivered more than 450 projects across data centers, major government infrastructure, battery energy storage systems, and renewable energy, per the filing.

The company said Maxim is set to contribute to fiscal year 2027 earnings and is expected to account for more than half of the company's fiscal year 2027 underlying earnings before interest, taxes, and amortization guidance of AU$202 million to AU$208 million, the filing added.

The company's shares rose 3% in recent Thursday trade.
