Dynatrace (DT) said Wednesday it has appointed George Riedel and Dan Streetman to its board, effective immediately, following its engagement with activist investor Starboard Value.
Riedel is a former CEO of Cloudmark, while Streetman is CEO of cybersecurity firm Tanium.
Dynatrace reiterated its plan to return significant capital to shareholders under its $1 billion share repurchase authorization.
The company said it and Starboard plan to continue discussions in the coming months.
