iHerb, an online vitamins and supplements retailer, has selected JPMorgan Chase, Morgan Stanley, and Citigroup to lead an initial public offering that could raise about $500 million, Bloomberg reported Tuesday, citing people familiar with the matter.

A listing could come as soon as this year, though details could change, the report said.

iHerb serves over 15 million customers across more than 180 countries and earlier this year acquired Kroger's (KR) Vitacost unit to expand its US presence, according to the report.

iHeart did not immediately respond to a request for comment from MT Newswires.
