IPH (ASX:IPH) said Tony O'Malley has commenced as chief executive officer, effective Wednesday, according to a same-day Australian bourse filing.
O'Malley succeeds Andrew Blattman, who retired as CEO and will remain with the company in a support role until his employment ends on Nov. 30, the filing added.
The company's shares fell 1% in recent Wednesday trade.
