SHAPE Australia (ASX:SHA) completed its acquisition of retail shop-fitting business Australian Professional Shopfitters, according to a Wednesday filing with the Australian bourse.
The deal was disclosed in May and "broadens our retail offering across flagship store delivery, national rollouts, refurbishments, and ongoing maintenance programs across Australia," said SHAPE CEO Peter Marix-Evans.
