AnteoTech Launches Primer Coating Product

AnteoTech (ASX:ADO) launched its new Anteo C primer coating product as another commercialization milestone for its Advanced Battery Technology business, according to a Tuesday Australian bourse filing.

The company said Anteo C has progressed from laboratory-scale evaluation to manufacturing-scale process trials, with a 20-liter sample shipped to a South Korean manufacturer for evaluation.

Anteo C is a new cross-linker performance additive used in primer coatings on copper foil anode and aluminum foil cathode current collectors in lithium-ion batteries, with additional global customer opportunities identified and engagement activities underway, it added.

The company's shares rose 8% on market close.
