United Nova Technology (SHA:688469) directors approved the sale and licensing of patents and non-patented proprietary technologies to Xinlian Advanced Integrated Circuit Manufacturing (Shaoxing) for 1.21 billion yuan, according to a Tuesday filing with the Shanghai bourse.
The transfer is related to the construction of a 50,000-wafer-per-month 12-inch integrated circuit mixed-signal chip production facility, the filing said.
