Lum Chang Creations (SGX:LCC) obtained a listing and quotation notice from the SGX-ST for the listing and quotation of up to 15 million placement shares, according to a Friday filing with the Singapore Exchange.
Following the LQN, parties to the placement agreement have also decided on July 1 as the completion date.
