Stamford Land (SGX:H07) completed the de-registration of its dormant subsidiaries and trusts, according to a Monday filing with the Singapore Exchange.
The dormant subsidiaries and trusts were incorporated in Singapore, Australia, Malaysia and the British Virgin Islands, the luxury hotels operator said.
