Atlas Arteria (ASX:ALX) said Toll Road Investors Partnership II received notification that the US District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia dismissed the 2024 Dulles Greenway rate case federal lawsuit, according to a Monday filing with the Australian bourse.
Toll Road Investors Partnership II, the corporate entity that owns and operates the Dulles Greenway, is reviewing the decision and considering whether to appeal, the filing said.
