CDL Investments New Zealand (NZE:CDI) said its Middle Road residential project in Havelock North, Hawke's Bay, was accepted for referral under the fast-track approvals process, according to a Friday New Zealand bourse filing.
The project is expected to deliver around 300 to 350 residential sections, per the filing.
