CStone Pharma Taps Arrotex to Commercialize Sugemalimab in Australia, New Zealand

CStone Pharmaceuticals (HKG:2616) signed an exclusive commercialization agreement with Australia's Arrotex Pharmaceuticals for its cancer immunotherapy sugemalimab in Australia and New Zealand, according to a Thursday Hong Kong bourse filing.

The pharma company will receive an upfront payment, potential regulatory and commercial milestone payments, and a profit share on sales.

Arrotex will hold exclusive commercialization rights for sugemalimab across all approved and future indications in the two markets, subject to regulatory approval, and will oversee regulatory filings and commercialization.
