Info Edge (India) to Invest INR400 Million in Startup Investments Holding via CCD Subscription

Info Edge (India) (NSE:NAUKRI, BOM:532777) has agreed to invest about 400 million rupees in its wholly owned subsidiary Startup Investments (Holding) through the subscription of compulsorily convertible debentures (CCDs).

The company will acquire around 1.9 million CCDs at an issue price of 214.10 rupees each, according to a stock exchange filing on Wednesday.

The investment is intended to support SIHL's participation in investment opportunities, including contributions to alternative investment funds (AIFs). Startup Investments will continue to remain a wholly owned subsidiary of Info Edge.
