Nexentis Technologies (NXTS) said Monday its subsidiary, MitoCareX Bio, has entered into an engagement with Boltz, an AI research lab, to accelerate the identification of novel small-molecule scaffolds targeting selected solute carrier proteins of interest to MitoCareX's pipeline.

Shares jumped over 200% as trading volume catapulted to over 55 million from a daily average of about 208,000.
