Toku (SGX:TKU) has deployed its AI-powered customer experience platform, Glovo, across Spain, Italy, Romania and Portugal, according to a Tuesday filing with the Singapore Exchange.
Through the expansion, agents in the markets will handle partner conversations via Salesforce.
The communications company also plans to expand across 18 more markets through this integration.
