Domino's Pizza Enterprises Is Refining Network, Bulls Say -- Market Talk

0408 GMT - Domino's Pizza Enterprises' bulls at UBS think the Australian fast-food operator is now steadily refining its store network rather than continuing systemic reductions. They tell clients in a note that the pace of closures so far in the June half has slowed relative to the program announced in February 2025, and that closures will be mostly complete by the end of fiscal 2026. They forecast modest net store growth through the subsequent three fiscal years as franchisee profitability improves. UBS trims its earnings forecasts on lower store-count assumptions but keeps a buy rating on the stock. Target price falls 8.3% to 22.00 Australian dollars. Shares are up 2.8% at A$16.33.
