Prestige Estates Projects (NSE:PRESTIGE, BOM:533274) has launched the next phase of its Prestige Gardenia Estates project in Devanahalli, North Bengaluru.
The development spans about 21 acres and comprises 195 residential plots, according to a stock exchange filing on Thursday.
The project has a developable area of nearly 500,000 square feet and an estimated revenue potential of about 4 billion rupees.
