Downer EDI (ASX:DOW, NZE:DOW) received notice that Macquarie Group (ASX:MQG) and its affiliated entities are no longer substantial holders of the company from June 12, according to a Thursday filing with the New Zealand bourse.
Macquarie Group and its affiliated entities became a substantial holder of the company on May 14, with a 5% total voting power, an earlier filing showed.
