InSilico Medicine Completes First Human Dosing of Parkinson's Disease Drug in Phase 1 Trial

InSilico Medicine Cayman (HKG:3696) completed first-in-human dosing in a phase 1 clinical trial of ISM8969, according to a Wednesday Hong Kong bourse filing.

The oral NLRP3 inhibitor is being developed to treat chronic neuroinflammation and central nervous system disorders, including Parkinson's disease.

The milestone marks the first clinical achievement under the company's co-development collaboration with Hygtia Therapeutics.
