Leifras (LFS) said Wednesday it issued 200 million yen ($1.25 million) in five-year unsecured Sustainable Development Goals private placement bonds in a deal underwritten by Chikuho Bank.
Leifras said part of the proceeds will be donated to the Taiyo to Kodomo Project, which supports disadvantaged youth through sports, education and skills development programs.
The company's shares were up 1.4% in premarket activity.
