Vinyl Group (ASX:VNL) completed its acquisition of 100% of Pedestrian Group from Nine Digital, a subsidiary of Nine Entertainment (ASX:NEC), according to an Australian bourse filing on Monday after market hours.

The transaction was completed for a nominal amount and did not include the issuance of the company shares, the assumption of any debt, or the obligation to make ongoing royalty payments, the filing said.

Pedestrian Group will now join Vinyl Media, expanding Vinyl Media's reach across youth, culture, entertainment, and digital media, the filing added.
